• Game Data: Your startup name, niche, attack history, alliances, and leaderboard positioning.
• Device Data: Basic browser and IP information to prevent cheating and multi-accounting.

2. How We Use Your Intel

We use your data solely to provide and improve the SaaS Clash experience. This includes:

• Calculating your ranking on the global leaderboard.
• Processing in-game attacks, defenses, and viral campaigns.
• Sending critical transmission emails (like OTP codes).

We do not sell your data. We are building a game, not an ad network.

3. Data Security

We deploy enterprise-grade shields to protect your personal information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Your Rights

If you wish to delete your account and scrub your startup from our databases, you can do so at any time from your dashboard settings, or by contacting our support team.
