Rules of Engagement (Terms of Service)

1. Welcome to the Arena

By accessing or playing SaaS Clash, you agree to abide by these Rules of Engagement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the game. Your startup will be liquidated, and your users dispersed to your competitors.

2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

SaaS Clash is a game of strategy, not exploitation. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or macros to automate attacks or defense.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to inflate your startup's valuation or user count.
• Creating multiple accounts (smurfing) to artificially boost your main startup.

Violators will face immediate startup bankruptcy and a permanent ban from the arena.

3. In-Game Assets

All virtual users, startup valuations, and leaderboard rankings hold no real-world monetary value. SaaS Clash reserves the right to reset, modify, or adjust seasons, balances, and player stats to ensure competitive integrity.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
